Athena, helmeted and wearing long robes, driving quadriga galloping to left; above, Nike flying right to crown Athena; below, in exergue, heron flying to left. Rev. ΚΑΜΑΡΙΝΑΙ-Ο-Ν. Bearded head of Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. HGC 2 521; Westermark & Jenkins 135 (O2/R5). SNG Stockholm 430 (same dies). AR. 17.17 g. 27.00 mm. Extremely rare with only two examples cited in Westermark & Jenkins. Attractive Herakles portrait, lovely light tone, underlying luster. VF/Good VF.
