Taras astride dolphin left, holding kantharos in extended right hand, small round shield and trident in left; below, E and waves; to right, TAPAΣ. HN Italy 818; Vlasto 515; SNG ANS 961. AR. 7.67 g. 23 mm. R. A rare and interesting type. Overstruck; clear traces of undertype on obverse and reverse. VF.
